Do you buy land?
Yes. Acreage, lots, timber, inherited tracts. Land is most of what we do.
Can I sell land with no road access, or a lot that won't perc?
Yes. Those are the ones other buyers walk away from. We price the problem in and tell you how we got there.
The deed is still in my late parent's name. Now what?
Title has to move to the heirs first. We'll tell you straight if you need a probate attorney before anything can happen.
Are cash home buyers a rip-off?
No, it comes down to what you're after. A cash sale is fast, no showings, no repairs, and our number is what you pocket. Listing with a realtor means a longer wait, constant showings, and commission, title and closing costs coming out of the price.
